hi, I am looking for some advice on the mortgage to rent scheme. My bank has approved me for this but the county council has denied it saying I am over the income limit. I basically got a one liner letter to say i am ineligible. However, I am under the limit of €25 - 30k. The person I am dealing with is not very helpful. Does anyone have any further advice on how i can get this through. Do they take social welfare payment into consideration for your income and also if you have 2 children in part-time non permanent jobs during the summer, back in college now though.
