apologies in advance i know this may be posted few times

im buying a apartment on my own ( single man ) but im not a first time buyer , i owned ahouse with younger brother 2 years ago and we together got €130 - 140 a month tax relief

i heard that the amounts increased for first time buyers to double and also the rates went up for single non first time buyers also

so 130 - 140 would be 65-70 each per month correct ?? well im wondering what i will get now since im the sole owner and single and not first time buyer

thanks

For tax relief purposes you are still considered a FTB for seven years. So good news for you!
