Cousin of mine is expecting a baby and has a 15 year old daughter. She netts approx €500 per month and the mortgage is approx €1000.00 per month. She is considering job-share after the child is born ro reduce child care costs and avail of FIS and One Parent Family Payment but she thinks she will automatically qualify for Mortgage Supplement as her income is reduced.
