Wondered if someone could answer a question for a friend of mine, her partner bought a new home about a year ago and since then they have decided to marry, he bought the house before he met her and her query is that if they marry would she be entitled to claim 1st time buyers tax relief( she has never owned property) if her name is included on mortgage when they marry?
