This excellent calculator allows you to work out your repayments at different interest rates.

You can also work out how much you would save by making an overpayment

I have updated Fore's excellent calculator so you can vary the mortgage amount, the interest rate and the term.

I am not an Excel expert so I would welcome any feedback.
