Have recently become a landlord. The property was previously my PPR. Do I need to contact my bank in relation to stopping the mortgage interest relief granted each month? Will the Revenue know that it is no longer my PPR from my PRTB registration and automatically stop the relief? If I continue to receive the relief, I presume Revenue would claw it back when I submit an income tax return?
