I understand that when your house is rented and not your PPR, then the FTB tax relief given on your mortgage ceases.
If the house is rented mid year are you entitled to the rest of the allowable tax relief on the interest paid up to then, as the amount of relief would normally be spread over 12 months?
Once it's not your PPR any more you are not entitled to the interest relief against it. You will be able to offset the interest relief against your taxes though, AFAIK.
