Mortgage Interest Relief on Rental prop

Could you tell me 'please' if one is entitled to Mortgage Interest Relief on a rental property

If the property is residential, is rented and registered with the PRTB then intrest on a mortgage for the property's purchase is allowable against the rental income.

In the case of non-residential properties the mortgage interest is allowable against the rental income.

Tax Relief at Source (TRS) is not applicable to rental properties.
