If a persons normal working week is Monday to Saturday (5 days with one day off which could be any day). The person is off christmas day and stephens day. With stephens day being a saturday are they then entitled to Monday off or a days pay in lieu of that? Or does that not apply as saturday is part of normal working week??
Because St Stephen's Day is a Saturday, the Public Holiday is actually Monday 28th Dec. So forget the Saturday bit.
