Mobile phone with no plan

Hi,
I already have the phone. I am looking for a SIM card. I don’t need a plan for calls or data. I just want to be able to top up occasionally to make the occasional call and to receive the occasional call. Which is the cheapest SIM card to go for?

I'd be looking hard at coverage quality, where I think I'd want to use the phone regularly, as a starting point.

There are a few virtual operators on the Three network, and a couple on Vodafone and Eir's networks.

Remember, cheapest, is not always best!
