Has anyone heard of Midland Porter. A friend has asked my to try and locate some shares he purchased from Midland Porter Ltd. A company based in Vienna. The shares we for barrels of oil (Suncrest Energy Inc). He got them (after a cold call - I know, but he obviously didnt realise as he said it was such a good deal!) in 2005. The company sent him his certificates and then in 2006 they wrote to him and said they had been taken over by a company in Spain who would be dealing with all future transactions. He returned his certificates to them at their request and has not seen them since. It is probably a long shot but has anyone else heard of them or any of the companies and is there any way of locating the shares? Thanks for your help.
