Motor mibi - claims ? any experience

hi all
wondering if anyone else has had experience dealing with the mibi ?
i was hit head on last year and recieved quite bad injuries , i just have no idea what to expect if anything from them as the driver who hit me kept driving and wasnt caught as yet
any info much appreciated
