Mgmt fees and selling apartment

Hi,

I am currently considering selling my apartment. I have just received my management fees for the coming year and I have two options of how to pay, either by a monthly standing order or in one full payment.

If I sell my house during the summer and I paid the full lump sum would I be entitled to a rebate? Or if I pay in monthly installments could I cancel this when the apartment has been sold and the new owner takes up the payments.

If anyone has had any experiences your advice would be appreciated

I purchased an apt last year and as part of the sale I agreed to pay them the mgmt fees that they had paid upto year end - If I recall correctly it was part of of sale agreement - I know that the solicitors sorted it - I just included the amount in the fees I paid to solicitor
