I've been with Meteor for nearly 10 yrs I think. Wanted to change phone to the Nokia N8 smartphone. Despite several attempts to get in touch with Meteor on the phone and by via website (which has a guaranteed response!), I coudn't get a price for the phone, or got conflicting information. Call-backs never happened either and calling in to an outlet would cost me more. I also noticed that the phone price seemed dearer for existing customers than for new ones.
Anyhow walked into E mobile and walked out with the fully fucntioning phone a 1/2 hour later. The guy even switched all my numbers and barred data. The phone was already powered up, and I kept my number. I also got a cheaper plan, free Irish landline calls and (I think ) about 30 e off the phone. Well done E mobile.
