Dear Helpdesk,
My computer is broken. All I did was click on a few dodgy looking links with no reference as to what they were. They were in a joke email someone sent me, so they couldn't contain a virus, right ? Why can't I click on blind links and expect everything to be hunky-dory ? I mean, like, I trust those people who run the internet not to break my computer and look how they repay me by playing nasty tricks and knackering my PC. They are not going to get me next time. Unless they send me a link which looks cool or something and then I'll fall for it again.
