Memory Foam mattress

Has anyone got a memory foam mattress? I was thinking of getting a memory foam topper (can't afford the hole mattress) but want to make sure they are any good first?

I have and it is one of the best purchases I have made. I don't know if the topper would be as good though but I suppose if you like the topper, you'll love the real thing.
 
Can't speak for the matresses but use a memory foam cushion for lower back problem and is the best thing I've tried so far for posture and pain relief.
 
Like Norfbank, I think they're fabulous but not sure about a topper. My parents bought a memory foam topper from Argos and said it was very good but you cant compare it to the real thing...heavenly!
 
I have a topper, it's about 4 inches thick and it's superb. Keeps the mattress underneath like new, and it's so comfortable. Got it on ebay for about £90, brilliant. Also love Ikea's memory foam pillows!
 
got the topper at Christmas. Can't sleep now because of the heat. The only downside I can find is the heat. Very comfortable.

I saw memory foam mattresses today in Dunnes grocery for 199.99euro. Dont know anything about the quality of them.
