Health Insurance Medical treatment abroad

Waw wondering if anyone has ever sought medical care in the UK or mainland Europe, not looking for public health care and not coming at this from the point of view of cost

I would pay whatever is asked but want to go to the best people, no point in asking a doctor in Ireland as they view all their colleagues as perfect
