Medical insurance relief on PAYE anytime

I just logged in today and noticed that i have this as a tax credit despite me losing my cover when i was made redundant last year.
What sort of affect would this have on my current tax payments ?

Should i inform revenue that i no longer received this benefit in kind and get them to update my file
 
I checked online again today and it is still showing for 2013, i take it this will increase tax as its a BIK ?
I have emailed my local office and informed them but not sure why it is still there
