Bik and tax credits are not the same thing, Bik is taxable income, ie what your employer pays on your behalf and should be taxed at source by your employer.
Tax credits are 20% of your taxable amount upto €200, dunno if there is a tax credit for dental.
I'd add both, again dunno about dental insurance, and put a note to explain.
If you have any other health care and specific dental, not routine, that haven't been covered by your insurance you can claim those and Revenue will give you a tax credit of 20%, figures must less any amount coverd by insurance
