Medical expenses (Ireland and foreign) tax clawback

Hi there, my wife and I were referred by well established clinic in Dublin to a clinic in Cyprus for IVF treatment. I'm confident the Dublin bills can be used for a tax refund but what about the ones in Cyprus?
Also one unusual thing I had to change the flights several times due to medical reasons, one included a small operation in Dublin delaying the flights.
As a result I had to change to business class flights (nearly 2k euro) as there was no availability on the regular coach fares for the specific dates we needed to be there.
Also, I know we had some holiday there but practically from the second day till the second last day we were either attending the clinic or taking medicine.
Can any of the stay be claimed also? e.g hotel bill?
Not looking to be too stingy just that this stuff gets expensive and we will have another try in a month or so, so every saving is welcome.

Thanks

It's a while since I looked at this, but from memory it's as follows:

- The cost of the medical treatment received outside of Ireland qualifies for relief (at 20%).

- Your travel expenses (i.e. flights, hotels, etc) also qualify for relief if the treatment is not available in Ireland.

ok thanks, Gordon Gekko that could be very useful as we will be doing another round in November.... and no we can't get this treatment in Ireland.
Doc in Ireland suggested Cyprus or Ukraine and Ukraine was deselected due to the instability there at the time.
