hi, have med1 form for 2006. I have expenses from other years (not organised then!). Can I submit medical expenses forms for these other years? Is it a case of putting in a different claim form for each year or can they all be done on the same form?

Just to clarify - normally if you can't find the specific form for a particular year then get the latest one available and just write in the year on it for previous years. I have always done this with no problem.
