Can I get a medical card if I'm on the dole?
 
Have a look at the Medical Card Q&A [broken link removed] on the HSE website. You will also find application forms and information on where to apply.
 
Applied for & got mine no bother. No means test or medical exam either! Just applied, gave my pps no., left in the form & hey-presto, no qestions asked, medical card arrives in the post.
