Medical Card Renewal

My medical card expires in a few month, is renewal automatic or do I have to apply. Conditions have not changed (over 70)
 
Renewal is not automatic. They will send you out a form (6 weeks before the due date) to complete and return
 
And to be fair the renewals are very easy to fill out. I helped a neighbour recently who is terrified of these forms. His said simply "If there are no changes, sign and return" Couldn't be easier. HTH
 
You could be lucky and get one of those sign & return forms or the full application (random selection, whatever that means) form.
Over 70's medical card form is all about income only. No account of outgoings!
