Medical Card Eligibility

The guideline for Medical card assessment states that anyone empolyed in and insured under another EU states social security system is entitled to a medical card in Ireland - is this the case.

Further info on the welfare site suggests that all medical cad holders are exempt from the Health Levy.

I ask as I am employed in the UK but reside in Ireland , I pay UK National Insurance contributions.
