Did anybody look into the offerings here :

They offer 10% rental income per year guaranteed for 10 years. This alone would serve to pay off most of the price of the property. And you can use the property for 5 weeks in the year.
This seems like a very high ROI; I have not looked in details but I am thinking a) how reliable is the 10 year promise you get, and b) how easy would it be to resell.
Any thoughts on this ?
