I submitted a med1 claim at the end of January. I completed it on line as I do every year. Notice after it was submitted advised a 2working day wait. I have contacted the office twice by phone to be told it's "gone for checking" and I should hear in a few days but still nothing. I have submitted an email query which I can expect a response to within 30 working days.
Two questions please.
Has anyone experienced this length of delay?
What does "gone for checking mean"?
I do understand it's a very busy time of year for them but its never taken this long before.
