Mechanic in the Midlands

Hi,

I am buying a car privately this weekend assuming there are no major issues with it.

The half way point between both of us is Portlaoise.

I have no idea re cars so need to get a mechanic to give the car a once over to ensure that there are no major flaws with it.

Is there anyone on AAM who could recommend a mechanic for this region, ie Tullamore or Roscrea would be fine.

"No response as of yet so I have widen the region, does anyone know of a mechanic that they were happy with in the Midlands?"

You should try the AA .Ive heard that they do a full car inspection .if it dose not pass dont buy it ,its worth a call
