I'd also look at the MSc in Project Management in Smurfit too, from what I remember at the time it seemed much more hands on. It obviously depends on what your focus is in doing the course but I'm working as a project manager myself and it seems that having the PM certifications especially PMI or Prince 2 are what people are looking for more than formal degrees in PM - I'd focus more on them than the IPMA as nobody seems to be looking for that at the moment if you search the job sites. None of that takes away from the fact that obviously experience is the ultimate decider!! I decided against doing a masters in project management and instead did the 6month evening course in DBS which is basically a prep for the PMI exam and it's definitely helped, plus it's a hell of a lot cheaper than doing a masters!!
