I'm currently ensuring that I've maxed out my Pension and AVC's for the year at 30%. As well as my normal salary for 10 months I was on Carers Leave for 2 months and received Carers Benefit for the period. When I'm calculating the 30% is it on the total of the 2 or only on my Salary?
