Maternity tax refund-Civil servant

I have been on Maternity leave since August 2009. My paid leave ended in February 2010 and am on unpaid maternity leave until June 2010.

I am aware that I can claim back my tax paid while on maternity leave but am unsure how to do it. I also heard that I am entitled to claim back any income levy paid and prsi paid while on mat leave. How do I claim these?

wait till early 11 to get refund, file same as above
