Maternity, employer payments?

Hi,

Does the employer make up the rest of the wage in regards to mat payments?? So the full normal wage is received??

they are not obliged to, depends on company policy
in our company if you have 4 years service with the company, then they will make up the difference....
so by law... no they dont

there is no obligation on the company to make up salary difference... sorry to be the bearer of bad news... i know as i am in same prediciment, (except luckily i have more than 4 years service), i checked with the SFA....
