Maternity Benefit, partner on JSA

I'm just filling out my Maternity Benefit application form and it has a section where you fill out about your partner mentioning you may get an increased rate if their income is under a certain amount. My partner is in receipt of JSA of €188 per week, does that effect my Maternity Benefit in any way..good or bad ?

It won't affect your maternity benefit.

The question on the form relates to income from employment, as you may be entitled to a payment in respect of your partner if they earn less than a specified amount.
