Maternity Benefit no PRSI Contributions Paid by my employer

Hi i am due to go on Maternity leave, ive just found out my employer hasnt paid my prsi. Without getting my employer in trouble,if he pays them now will i still get my benefit. Due to go on leave at the end of august.

They will be in trouble anyway. What years have they not paid? The relevant years for 2010 are 2007 and 2008. If you have P60's you are sorted, just apply and if not granted appeal the decision sending copies of the P60s. Your employer will end up being audited... From my experance in two cases, if they have FF connections they will get off without paying a cent!!!
