I was wondering if you can help me.
I am 12weeks pregnant and am concerned about my job security. If I am let go before maternity leave am I still entitled to maternity benefit if I have been claiming jobseekers benefit?
Am I correct in thinking I have to work up to 26 weeks of pregnancy in order to claim Mat Ben?
