Hello

Does anyone who has bought one of these apts or knows someone who has know when the completion date for the 1st phase is? We are thinking of buying a 2 bed in the second phase but thinking about a timescale - the further away the better to be honest.

We looked at the first phase but were not impressed with the size or finish of the apartments. We were 6th in the queue and the only decent two beds we were interested in were gone. People queued overnight on release day for this place. Estate agent said that two beds in 2nd phase would be at least 300K. They are fairly well advanced, I'd same completions will be next few months.
First phase were more or less ready to move in to straight away after they were released.
