Hi, My managing agent made a mistake when calculating a rent increase, the tenant has been paying a small amount above what she should be paying per month for the past few months. Now the agent is refusing to fix it saying that he was not contacted by RTB and there shouldn't be a problem. I am concerned that this mistake could cause problems for me in the future.
