We have a house in a small cull de sac. All landlords pay there management fees bar two. Our management company have stated they have done everything to collect this but we have run out of money to take things further with a solicitor.
She says we have a judgment got on one house-how can i check this? Also can we bring a judgement against the other without a solicitor? Should we not have got a judgement on the rent? Its really annoying as one landlord out enjoying himself every weekend with a large amount of properties all over Ireland that he isn't paying anything for. We seem to have solicitor bills every year in the management company accounts and are told these relate to collecting this money-however we never get any money just bills!! I suppose i wondering what can we do as landlords to try to collect. Any advise appreciated!!
