Mac g5 os x. how to get rid of frames?

Hi guys

I was looking for a particular function on my computer Mac osx and I don't know what I hit but now everything i do has a black frame around it. i.e while i'm typing this there is a black frame around the text box, there is a black frame around the address bar when I go to type in an address. Anybody any idea how to get rid of this!

check your preferences in 'Universal Access" you may have activated one of them by accident.
