M7/M8 Motorway Junction 19 seems to be incomplete.

I was studying the map tonight for a journey in the early morning.
I was looking to get on the M7 towards Limerick coming from the Cork direction on the M8. It seems to be an impossible journey without carrying onto Junction 18 Portlaoise West.
Which is a fair bit of an extra drive and 2 Toll charges.
 
you can't do it easily, might be best to come off at Horse and Jockey and go cross country via Thurles.
