If you overpay against the principal on a mortgage via a lump sum does this reduce how much trs you receive per month ?
Eg mortgage of 510000 trs of 150 per month (house bought June 2007).
Lump of 20000 to put against principal
Will this drop the trs rate and by how much?
Also not a FTB so am I entitled to this trs until 2017 or 2014?
