LPT - Registered Property Owner Wrong - My EX

Short and sweet - Divorced 10 years ago. All things sorted - including family home. I took over ownership legally. House sold and another property purchased 7 years ago, New house obviously in my SOLE name with EX not associated in anyway with this new house.

ROS arrived this evening with LPT. My name is down as liable person and my EX as registered property owner. DEAR GOD.. was somewhat mildly amused at the sheer inefficency of revenue but spoke casually to my buddy who is terrfied as she feels my EX in some way could have gotten his name on the property. My name DOES NOT appear anywhere as registered property owner. I see there is an option to add another owner but removal of owner can only be done IN WRITING WITH appropriate documentation. Must I now go and disprove their/Revenue mistake? Anyone else encounter anything similair?

Any feedback greatly appreciated.

I can only presume that Revenue also had him linked to the property in some way.
Can't see any issue with you sending a copy of your legal documents to Revenue showing that you are the sole owner.

Would be interesting to see if they sort this out for you as I presume there are some other examples of owners being linked to a property in some way but they are currently NOT an owner of that property. I heard some tenants that are renting a house were sent the letter.
