B Bronte Registered User Messages 15,226 11 Mar 2013 #2 You don't pay Irish property tax on a property outside the jurisdiction. If you're renting this property out I presume you pay tax to HMS revenue and no doubt their own propety tax, I think it's called the Poll tax.
