I am looking to buy an apartment either 1 or 2 bed in Dublin preferable city centre with parking or around the stillorgan / sandyford area. I would be renting it out as i live in Limerick, Looking for advice, also have a s50 apt in limerick and wandering do i have to stay with management company or can I manage it myself
