We bought a brilliant inset stove from these guys http://www.stovesireland.com/. I'm pretty sure they do several wood-pellet stoves as well. Very good to deal with and large selection. No connection with them, just a happy customer.
Just to add that we trawled every stove place in the south-east (including Waterford & Kilkenny) and found these guys easily the best. And they put us in touch with a very good fitter. They're near Tesco's btw.
