Looking for someone to do snagging - any recommendations

Hi all,

My other half and I are coming to the end of a reno / extension project and we want to find someone to do a snag list for the builders.

We're based in Dublin, any one in a position to recommend someone to do this?

Not connected with them in anyway. Used them myself and found their service excellent.

Given past experience, especially when called in to sort out heating problems after a new build or renovation, I would recommend you also get an experienced plumber to 'snag' your plumbing cos snaggers never seem to give it a second look!

Thanks DGOBS, at what stage would you recommend the plumbing snag, at the same time as the actual snag list, ie just before completion?

Do you have an idea of how much a plumber might charge for this?

sorry I have no idea how much someone would charge, would rather get someone trained on the energy rating, than an actual plumber to do it, maybe even talk to someone in this regard before getting any heating work done, as they will have something to say for you on zoning & control of heat etc which will save you buckets as the years tick by
