Good morning. In particular, I am looking for an accountant with knowledge of the tax treatment by the Irish authorities of this unusual French product : Assurance Vie, which is not a life insurance product at all, but an "enveloppe", with fiscal advantages, where you put your money.
We live in France with a daughter in Ireland and I have questions about the tax treatment (for an Irish tax resident) of sums not subject to inheritance tax in France ; I also have questions about the concept of domiciliation, as opposed to tax residency.
