Employment 1 - Defined Benefit Pension 50 k -- 17 years service
Employment 2 - Defined Benefit Pension 40 k -- 14 years service

AVC's -- current value 175k @ Serptember 2009.

AVC's contribution continue @ MAX allowable

Currently annual Salary 99k + Bonus
Non Salary annual income - 30k

Looking for advice on best early retirement options , AVC contributions etc ...
 
You will have to talk to both your pension scheme's contacts. You will prob need consent to take early retirement from a DB scheme, and its unlikely to be granted in this environment.
