Long Handled Saw. Manual or Electric.

I have some trees in my garden that are about 20' tall. Also some neighbours branches are growing in to my garden that I cannot reach with a hand held saw.

I am thinking of buying a long handled saw but I am not sure if I should go for a manual saw or an electric model.

I would welcome recommendations.

How will you get up 20' with a saw ?

I have one of these, which extends to 4 meters so will get you up about 6 meters(19.6 foot). I also have the saw attachment that gets you up another bit.
