Get yer backside down to Bray CIC now and you might get some free legal advice, but ring first as it might be appointment only.
 
thanks.i called CIC and they cant see me till tuesday 3 weeks :(.so i contacted a solicitor in Bray that can see me next monday for a consult.
how much ,i have no idea on fees but anyhow,need info asap.
 
Why not phone that solicitor back and ask how much he charges for a one off consultation. Secretary will give you the rates.
 
yup,just did and its free,thank god :D.she just told me to bring the following proof.lease,garda paper report,doctors letter,dates of the antisocial buggers causeing problems and letter of terminating lease.
so i have everything and please god everything will be fine.
