I know this is new and I have read the bill but it is a bit vague as to my situation so I figured I'd ask here before I went crazy looking into this with the councils involved.
I am currently co-owner of two properties;
Property A I purchased with my friend 6 odd years ago, it is and has always been his main residence and is not partially rented out.
Property B I purchased with my wife (then girlfriend) nearly 3 years ago, it is and has always been her main residence (and is also not partially rented out).
I split my time over both properties and maintain property A as my effective main residence.
Am I liable for this new 200 EUR tax on either property and if so for the full amount or 100 EUR befitting my co-owner status ?
